This article provides information on the update procedure to access Customer Support for Placeable.
- Portal: Avolin currently provides support to all customers when they create a ticket into the Avolin support portal which can be reached at https://support.avolin.com/hc/en-us.
- You will need an account, which can be provided to you by your account manager if you don’t already have one. You will need to sign in and create a ticket
- As you enter your requests please do specify the impacted service by specifying the full URL.
- Note that, SLA for a response for urgent (e.g. system down issues) is 1 hr or less.
- Process for raising Sev-1 Issues:
- Phone Support: If you face urgent issues and you have already logged a ticket but are not getting a response, Avolin recommends calling the helpline at +1 972-588-4130, where either you will be supported by an agent or you will log a voicemail.
