You may encounter an issue where when you navigate to the Downloads Portal, the Product Downloads page is inaccessible so you are unable to download the latest version of Surveyor. When you click on the link, the browser tries to load the page indefinitely (it just spins and spins):
However, you notice that the Documentation page works normally.
Please contact support and our Systems Management Team will resolve the issue. Once the team confirms that the issue has been resolved, please sign out from the Support Portal and from the Downloads Portal using the Sign out and Logout buttons and then log back into both of them.
