How to enable the "Occurred" and "Sync to Outlook" options for onboarding calls?

This article explains how you can enable the "Occurred" and "Sync to Outlook" options for onboarding calls in ResourceOne.

Information

If the user role has the appropriate permissions to synchronize to Outlook, then they will see a button called SYNC TO OUTLOOK on the event page. Please make sure the user has the Sync to Outlook option is set to yes as per the below screenshot.

Also, to push a ResourceOne event to your Outlook calendar:

1. Create a new event or open an existing event from within ResourceOne.
2. Enter the appropriate required information about the event.
3. Set SYNC TO OUTLOOK and OCCURRED button to YES.
