Overview
You would like to request access to the CoreTrac Support Portal for a new user. Or you would like to change an existing User ID (for example: changing the Email Address that is typically used to communicate with the support team).
Solution
Please reach out to CoreTrack Support Portal and provide the following information:
- User Name
- User Email Adress
For multiple users, you may provide a list of users with the above details.
