You have tried out the test CIMS system to generate an inventory file (XSOR ALLSTOCK task) but nothing was generated and the task was reported as a failure. There is no log even when setting debug to 6. You also tried to import some order files generated by your new shift staging environment but again you don't have any log details to review why they fail to import.
The log file location is depleted if there's another log file that has a huge size which causes not enough free space. Please reach out to the Support team and the support team will get back to you with the root cause and solution.
- Check generated logs and if any of the log files like l0c has a huge size.
Refer to the Logfiles section of the 'Troubleshooting Overview' article.
Ask the approval from the customer (mention the file names explicitly) and delete such files to free up space.
Ask the customer to re-run the program again.
