You are trying to add comments to the header record in the 4Gov requisition module and you get the following error message: <File Name> Status [99,00].
Status [99,00] is a “record lock” error for a specific file and occurs in the following situations:
- A single user has experienced some type of problem while displaying a record (e.g. perhaps a time out on their session that “hung” the screen - or maybe a brief connection error) which left that record flagged as “in use”. When another attempt is made to display the same record, Status [99,00] error displays.
- Two people are looking at the exact same record at the same time.
To resolve this issue, please follow these instructions:
- Log off of 4gov and log back in again. The logoff/logon action will typically have released the lock on that record and allow you to continue without issues.
- If the error persists, navigate to System > Online Users selection to see if there is more than one active session for your User ID. If found, log off the second session for your User ID.

- File Name
- Error Screenshot
For 4Gov, support agents are not allowed access to the customer environments. Previously, all requests needed to be handled by the Avolin Product Specialist (“APS”) team. Since the APS team no longer exists, escalate the ticket to CS or PS (depending on if it is customization or not).
