Why can’t I see consrcclient.log file in some machines?

Overview

You want to know why you can't see consrcclient.log file in some machines.

Information

consrcclient.exe deletes the log files older than 5 days. If this is not the case, please check

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SupportSoft\RemoteAssist\LogLevel

and

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SupportSoft\RemoteAssist\LogPath registry values. 

1. Set LogLevel to 100 if it has a different value.
2. Value should be Dword - Decimal type
