VBAUI fails to load after a user enters credentials on the login screen of the application. CSdesk.exe and Desktop for VBAUI can be seen in task manager, yet, the application does not fully launch. Restarting the machine does not resolve the issue.
Support agents do not have access to the customer environments.
To resolve this issue, please reinstall VBAUI in the affected user's machine. A fresh installation to a different installation directory should fix the problem. You can refer to the guide for information.
In case the issue persists, please raise a support ticket with the following log files from the C:\CTRONVB\exec\_ctron_ directory so we can investigate in greater detail:
