You may encounter an issue where the Procurement Portal in G2 is inaccessible for all users, and trying to open any function leads to it not loading.
In order to resolve this issue, it is recommended that you attempt a reboot of the application server where the Procurement Portal is hosted.
Once the portal is back up, users should be able to access it normally.
If the issue persists after this, please raise a support ticket including the following information:
Have any changes been recently introduced to the system, prior to the issue arising?
What investigation and/or troubleshooting steps have been taken prior to contacting us?
