Overview

It can happen that all ADC guns don't connect displaying "Connect Error:23C"

Solution

The reason for this issue could be a problem with the network connection to the application server. The network team can check if the network connection is available from the ADC gun(s) to the server and solve any connectivity issues.

Note: Most issues with ADC hardware and daemon can be resolved by restarting the ADC daemon.

Hence if the issue persists, please reach out to the Support team and provide the hostname/IP-Address of the application server and ADC gun(s) IP. They can check connectivity from the application server side also by pinging the ADC gun(s) before restarting the ADC daemon.
