You may find yourself in a position where you need to get your website up and running again and make some changes. You may also need to train new employees on how to use the Website. This could be the case when your former site was decommissioned by the other provider for example.
GoMembers OnDemand support no longer provides maintenance for DNN websites if they were not already created, instead, they can refer you to a third-party provider. Even if GoMembers OnDemand support did provide that service, creation, implementation, and training on that site would be billable. However, in the case, you do have an old website in DNN, please create a support ticket so an agent can help you get it back up.
