Overview
The email command files are not being processed by the Computron SMTP Email engine. An attempt to process a command file generates an error and the file is renamed by the system with a .00E extension. When users change the TIFFMerge parameter in the command file from Y to N and rename the file with a .000 extension, the problem goes away and the file is subsequently processed by the email engine. There are no TIFF attachments to any of the emails. The SMTP log reads Error Out of memory when the problem occurs (refer to the block below). Users inquire about a way to resolve this other than manually editing each file.

The error can be resolved by stopping and starting the SMTP email engine. For instructions, please refer to the section Running the Engine in the guide.
