Avolin Support Portal access is required to view the knowledgebase. It has a robust collection of articles that provide information about error codes or step-by-step instructions to resolve common issues, and many other informative solutions.
Forgetting a user password to access the portal happens in some cases. This article will demonstrate the steps for resetting your password.
- From the Avolin Support Portal Sign in page, click Forgot my password.
If it is your first time to log in, but you previously contacted an Avolin agent or previously received an email from Avolin Support, retrieve a password by clicking Get password.
- A new window will popup. Type your email address in the Email field.
- Click Submit.
After clicking Submit, you should receive an email from Avolin Support with specific instructions on how to reset the password and log back in.
Ensure that you have typed the email address correctly. It should be the same email address that you registered to contact the Support team.
For first time users, if you clicked the Get password, you will receive a temporary password in your inbox.
